• A: It depends on the wheel condition and what has to be done to it. Between 24 & 72 hours
• Q: How much does it cost to repair a wheel?
• A: This depends on the type of wheel, condition, and size. Cost is between
$75 and $200 for an average wheel. Keep in mind that if your wheel is a
high end wheel your price will be significantly higher. For a fair
estimate please bring your wheel in to the store so we can take a look
at it.
• Q: Do you fix wheels?
• A: Yes, we straighten, repair, re-finish, re-polish, paint and fix
almost any damaged wheel. We have the latest computerized equipment and
technology in the industry. We don’t just hammer your wheel to make it
round.
• Q: What type of wheels do you repair?
• A: We repair almost any kind of alloy / aluminum wheel. See our before and after pictures.
• Q: How much does it cost to re-chrome wheels?
• A: it depends on the size, how curvy the wheel is, if it’s been
re-chromed, if wheel is silver; would be cheaper.
• Q: Does wheel repair have any warranty on it?
• A: Only on welding and that’s only on the spot that was repaired. Not on new damage.
• Q: Do you guys do re-drilling on wheels?

• A: Yes, we require full payment before any work is done on your wheel.

• A: Yes, we just need to get the paint code matched with the exact color of your car.

• A: Yes, soap and water is the best way to clean your wheels. No harsh chemicals.

• A: YES, we have thousands of new and used tires in stock

• A: All brand names in the market

• A: Yes, starting at $10 and up depending on size, brand, and quality

• A: It varies on brand, size and tread life. It starts at $10 and up
• Q: Do my tires have any warranty?

Yes, new tires come with manufacturer’s warranty. Used tires have a 24
hour warranty. Low profile tires don’t come with any mileage warranty.
Those normally only have manufacturer’s defects warranty.
• Q: Do you sell spare tires?
• A: Yes. Used tires have a 24 hour warranty. If the tire is bad, it will go
flat within a few hours; this is why it is only a 24 hour warranty.
• Q: Do used tires come with any warranty?
• A: Used tires have a 24 hour warranty. If the tire is bad, it will go

• Q: What is the price on the least expensive new tire?
• A: It really depends on what brand tire you’re interested in and what size. We beat any competitor’s price.
• Q: Will all tires be repairable?
• A: No. If your tire is slashed on the wall it might not be repairable. Bring your tire in for inspection.
• Q: If you don’t have a specific tire in stock, how long will it take to get to your shop?
• A: If we locate your tire locally in Houston, we can get it for you
the same day. If it has to be ordered, then it can take from 1 to 5
days, depending where the tire is being shipped from.
• Q: Do you have used tires in all sizes?
• A: Yes, thousands in stock.
• Q: Do you keep quite a few name brand tire sizes in stock?
• A: Yes, all name brands in the market.
• Q: How much do you charge to mount tires?
• A: Prices start at $10 and up depending on the size.
Trade-Ins
• Q: How much can I get if I sell my OEM wheels to you guys?
• A: Please bring your items to the store so that we can agree on a
fair price. Unfortunately, we are not able to give you a quote over the

• Q: If I sell any wheels or tires to you guys how will I get paid?
• A: At times we pay cash, but we prefer to pay with a check.
• Q: Do you do any trade-ins?
• A: Absolutely. Please bring your items to the store so that we can
agree on a fair price. Unfortunately, we are not able to give you a

Credit, Payment, Invoicing
• Q: Can I pay with a credit card over the phone?
• A: No, for yours and our protection we are not set up to take credit cards over the phone.
• Q: What methods of payment do you guys take?
• A: Checks, Credit or Debit Cards, Cash, PayPal
• Q: Do you have a layaway plan?
• A: Yes, pay 25% of total and then you have 90 days to finish paying off
• Q: Can I leave a post-dated check?
• A: Yes, required paper work and affidavit.
• Q: Do you accept temporary checks?
• A: Sorry, but its our policy not to accept temporary checks.
• Q: Do you charge taxes on labor?

• A: Yes, taxes are paid on all items whether it be used or new
• Q: Do you take checks with a P.O. BOX address?
• Q: Why do I have to pay taxes?
• A: For the same reason you pay taxes everywhere else when you buy merchandise
• Q: Why do I have to sign the receipt?
• A: By signing the receipt you are acknowledging our terms and policies.
• Q: Why do I have to give you my contact information?
• A: We do not sell your information. We keep a database of our customers for reference onl
• Q: Can I pay with my husband’s (mom’s, sister’s, mothers, etc) credit card?
• A: Absolutely not. Credit cards are not transferable and for security reasons we do not take third party credit cards.
• Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like the wheels that I ordered?
• A: There will be a 20% restocking fee on special orders.
• Q: If I pay with a credit card, can you reimburse amount back to the credit card?
• Q: If I own a company and come into your shop, will I be required to pay taxes, will I be tax exempt?
• A: If you are buying items for resale and not for personal use you
are not required to pay tax. Please provide us with your resale
certificate.
• Q: Do you offer in store credit?
• A: No, it’s processed through GE Bank; they are the ones who
determine whether you’re approved or not based on your credit score.
• Q: Why am I being declined if I have really good credit?
• A: It’s not our decision at Rollo’s Solutions whether to approve you
or not; GE Bank checks your history and they have the ultimate decision
as to why you’re being declined
• Q: Can I pay using a friend’s credit card?
• Q: Why do I have to put my right thumb print on credit card receipts over $500?
• A: Due to the increase in forgery, fraud by stolen credits, and
checks, a right thumb finger print is mandatory on all transactions
above $500.
• Q: If I leave a post-dated check, may I come and pay with cash instead on the day the check is supposed to be cashed?
• Q: If I decide to return merchandise after having had special ordered it, how • much will I be able to get back?
• A: There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all special orders.
Financing
